The registration fee for AUA2013 includes the following:

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at or participation in AUA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AUA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

*Non-Member Allied Health Professional – Technicians, medical assistants, nurses, practice managers, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, interns, pharmacists and therapists. A copy of valid professional license from state certifying body is required. Does not include physicians or corporate representatives. NMB5 $150 $200
*Non-Member Researcher – Graduate Students, Postdoctoral Trainees, Independent Investigators, Fellows pursuing advanced training, or hospital administrators. Supporting documentation is required. This category is not for physicians or employees of commercial companies. NM6P $350 $500
*Non-Member Residents-in-Training – Individuals with an MD degree or equivalent in a multi-year graduate medical education program. Including residency program and fellowship participants. Proof of residency is required. NM6R $200 $350

*Corporate Representative – This registration category is for full-time employees or agents of companies that are not registered exhibiting companies, who wish to attend for educational purposes only. Business card is required for badge. This registration category is also for representatives of exhibiting companies who have used all of their complimentary allotment and are over their limit for purchasing additional badges. Guest/Spouse – Spouse or family member of a professional registrant who is age 18 and above. A co-worker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration category. Guest registrants are only permitted in the Science & Technology Hall. If you wish to access the full meeting, full registration is required. No CME credit is awarded to attendees who are registered as a guest or spouse. GST $50 $75

*Allied Health Professional category requires a copy of valid professional license from state certifying body. Medical student, Researcher, and Resident-in-Training will be required to submit a letter of qualification from the head of their department on official stationery. Important Information about the IC/PG Course Pass

  • Included in the IC/PG Course Pass is a USB of the IC/PG course handouts. Please pick up your USB in Registration.
  • IC/PG Course handouts will be available online beginning April 15. Handouts can be downloaded and/or printed at home. Print stations will not be available at the meeting.
  • Individual tickets to IC/PG Courses are no longer available.
  • IC/PG Course Passes are not transferrable.
  • AUA has planned seating to maximize capacity and to comply with Fire Marshal regulations. Seating is available on a first—come, first—serve basis, so please plan accordingly.

Annual Meeting Cancellation Policy
To cancel any part of your Annual Meeting registration (this includes registration for the Annual Meeting, IC/PG Course Pass, Welcoming Reception, Practice Management Conference and Hands-on courses), you must submit a written request on or before April 4, 2013. Cancellation requests received by this date will be honored less a $75 administrative processing fee per request. No refunds will be honored on requests received on or after April 5, 2013. Please allow four to six weeks to process your refund. Name substitutions are not permitted. Cancellation/refund requests can be faxed to 410-689-3912 or e-mailed to
