The bulking cycle is all about gaining as much weight and muscle as possible. There are two ways to bulk up, and whichever you choose depends on whether you want quantity or quality.

A post cycle contains two main products: aromatase inhibitors and selective estrogen receptor modulators. Aromatase inhibitors prevent the conversion of existing testosterone into estrogen while the selective estrogen receptor modulators catalyze the production of new testosterone in the body.
